Hi, this is Tami, and I have a new card challenge for you today. I'm in love with the new watercolor stamp brushes, so I thought it would be fun to create a card template with a watercolor wash as a background. There are lots of stamp sets with these washes, including Be Yourself, Beautiful Today, and Watercolor Winter.
I've been experimenting with them by stacking them on top of each other and changing the opacity, and the effect is really beautiful. (Tip: If you don't like seeing another color underneath one of these stamps, try pasting duplicate stamps in place and coloring the bottom one(s) white. Sometimes you may need to layer multiple white copies.) After you've created your wash, add any stamp on top for a pretty hand painted effect. I hope you have fun with this challenge. I can't wait to see what you come up with!!!
