Say hello to the MDS Monday Design Team!
Hi, I'm Tara! I'm so excited to be a part of this fabulous new digital challenge blog! I started stamping a few years ago when a friend of mine showed me the Stampin' Up! catalogue for the first time. I became a demonstrator in 2011 and have loved every second of it.
In the last year I've been really intrigued by digital scrapbooking and creating with My Digital Studio. My favourite subject to scrapbook is my family; my two boys and my husband. I tend to scrapbook the "everyday" more than occasions, so you never know what you're going to see :)
Can't wait to see you playing along and sharing your memories with us!
Hi, I'm Heidi Baks, and I live in upstate NY. In my former life, I have a Ph.D. in physics, but now I'm a SAHM of my Little Missy, which allows me to follow my stamping addict muse. I've been a Stampin' Up demonstrator since 2008, and I love to get together with local ladies for a day of stamping.
Other than stamping, I don't sit still very well. I'm a runner, swimmer, and biker. Recently I've been spending my weekends mountain bike racing. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I've been married to my wonderful, supportive, and even more active husband for 9 years.
I am loving the My Digital Studio software. I was never much of a scrapbooker, because I hate getting photos printed. This software has allowed my photos to break free of my computer, and I have finished three photobooks of my daughter, with more to come! On-line challenges are so fun! They take you to new avenues of creativity, resulting in projects you would have never predicted. So give it a try, and have fun
Hi everyone! My name is Joan Jeffery and I am from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada - just outside of Edmonton. I am lucky to work at two jobs I love; I am an elementary music teacher in the mornings and a Stampin'Up! demonstrator in the afternoon and evenings. I have two wonderful grown children, a precious grandson and an incredible, supportive husband. I have crafted all my life and have passions for sewing, knitting and needlework and a newfound obsession for altered books and doodling.
I find participating in various challenges is one of the ways I've been able to work outside of my comfort zone sometimes and to try new things. Although I love getting my hands sticky and inky with my paper crafting, I am loving My Digital Studio and all the creative possibilities it provides. I'm totally excited to be part of this My Digital Studio Monday Design Team and the opportunity to work with these talented women.
