MDSM52 Heidi's playing us a song!

Hi Everyone, Heidi here to host this week's challenge.  I have a card sketch for you today.  And for an extra challenge, if you choose to accept, is to add music to your card, e.g., musical notes, lyrics, musical instruments, even birds, since they sing.  Perhaps you can think of your favorite song or lyric line and incorporate that into your card.
