Hello everyone, Joan here, welcoming you back to another sketch challenge.  Although I've used hexagons through the centre of the page, please feel free to use any shape or image.  It's been great to see many of you returning to our challenge and also to see new people joining us.  So onto the new sketch...

MDSM5 Top Picks!

It's time for our top picks for MDS Monday challenge #5. Thank you to all who played! We are so inspired your pages each week!

This week's top pick is...

Heidi's Pick / Julie @ Stampin' Jul

Love her whimsical photos and her hanging hearts. It gives the page such a fun, carefree feel!

And now on to the honourable mentions...

Holly's Pick / Joan @ Daily Stampede

I love all the fun elements she added with the flags and the stitching

Joan's Pick / Kim Prakken

I love all the swirls and the different elements that she used throughout the page; especially the way she presented all the words on her page.

Tara's Pick / Amber @ Stamp With Amber

I love how Amber used the ink splatter as an embellishment and added snowflakes overtop. What a creative element to her page!

Thank you all so much for playing along with this challenge!

Look forward to seeing you on Monday with a brand new sketch!

MDSM5 Heidi's our Host!

Welcome to this week's MDS Monday challenge.  It's Heidi here, and it is my turn to host.  I picked an adorable page by Amber Meadows as inspiration for this challenge's sketch.  For an added technique challenge, try to incorporate a cropped embellishment into your layout.  Here is a link to the cropped embellishments video, also found under our Videos/How To's tab.

Be sure to read the Challenge Guidelines Above.
